Every outbound call made to a customer without scrubbing against the Federal/State and In-house Do Not Call list-puts you closer to an $11,000 violation per call.

The FTC Do Not Call sales rule is in full force! With CheckCall you already have the tools to comply with this new FTC Telemarketing Law.

1. Go to the FTC website http://telemarketing.donotcall.gov
2. Click on the 'New Users/Please Register your organization here' link.
3. Create a Profile - You will need to fill in the Organization information and Authorized Representative. You will need your EIN (Employer Identification Number). Below that is Organization Function area. Choose 'Seller'. Complete that form and click Submit.
4. You will then be taken to a 'Create A Profile - Review Information' screen to verify step 3. Click the 'Create Profile' button.
5. The 'Create a Profile - Certification' screen will ask you to Agree to terms - choose Yes, then click the Certify button.
6. You will then be taken to a 'Create a Profile - Complete' page. On this page, below your Organization ID box, click on the 'You may now Manage/Renew Subscription' link.
7. Please Log In For Access - With your Organization ID number and password from step 6 - choose the 'Representative' link, then click Login.
8. Click on the 'Order Area Codes For Your Current Subscription' Link.
9. In this area (Order Area Codes For Your Current Subscription) - Choose 'My Organization'. Then, below that choose 'Area Codes by Area Code Number' and click Submit.
10. Choose 'Area Codes For Your Current Subscription'. Then click continue. You are now at 'Confirm Your Order'. Click Continue.
11. Your subscription is complete.
